The Acipenser Naccari Black Traditionnel Caviar has an exclusive, complex and elegant taste. It is characterized first of all by its intensity, a penetrating marine flavor that slides towards creamy nuances reminiscent of nuts, or fresh almonds, with a marine flavor of the oyster. From an organoleptic point of view, it reminds us of the caviars obtained from wild sturgeons from Ossiètre which have now disappeared.
