Acipenser Naccari Gold Organic Caviar is made according to traditional recipes and without additional preservatives, which gives an intense and complex flavor that defines the best Iberian caviar.

It has an exclusive, complex and elegant taste. It is characterized first of all by its intensity, a penetrating marine flavor that slides towards creamy nuances reminiscent of nuts, or fresh almonds, with a marine flavor of the oyster. From an organoleptic point of view, it reminds us of the caviars obtained from wild Ossiètre sturgeons which no longer exist today.

The range of colors goes from dark gray to brown, including golden brown . Its texture is soft and melting, delicately explodes in the mouth, releasing its amalgam of aromas and flavors.


Naccari Gold Caviar is selected on the basis of its maturation, texture, color, size and overall organoleptic quality. It is the best selection for unique moments.

The grains are characterized by a diameter of 2.6 mm to 2.9 mm .
